Birthday Pictures

I got the pictures from my birthday and here they are. Isn't this sunset absolutely amazing?! We are so blessed to live minutes from the Pacific Ocean, I wouldn't trade living in our little beach town for any city in the world! We're headed down there tomorrow for 4th of July. We go every year with the same people--we use their golf cart so that we don't have to deal with parking. After spending the whole day on the beach, we take the golf cart back to their house and shower. Then we eat a yummy dinner and then we take the golf cart back to the beach to watch fireworks. We've done it every year for 8 years now, it's so much fun!
I'm not a fan of posting pictures of myself, but I make myself do it once in awhile so you'll all know a real person sits behind this screen! It doesn't help that I weigh more than I did when I was 9 months pregnant both times, and it makes me stray from the camera. But I suppose that being on the meds that treat my masto symptoms well- even if they do make me gain weight- is better than not taking them and being sick just to be thin. I can hear my husband in the background--"ya think?!"
Would you just look at my husband's eyes?! Those are real baby! I didn't do anything to them in flickr, I promise. I just adore looking at them, they are just so gorgeous. The kids had a lot of fun playing while the sun was setting, and they had even more fun making and eating their s'mores. I didn't get pictures of that though because my friend with the camera left by then (because remember, my camera wasn't charged). And now, I'm 35! Happy birthday to me....
