Chelsea lost tooth number 3 and 4 and is nothing less than excited. Me and Tim thinks she looks a slightly funny with her new holes, but don't tell her we said so. ; )
My son lost his also... http://finamoon.blogspot.com/2009/06/happy-green-bee-review-and-giveaway.html
BTW, I love your blog! Come see mine...http://finamoon.blogspot.com
My five year old daughter, Tatiana, is totally blind from a brain tumor and she is developmentally delayed and has a whole bunch of endocrine problems having to do with her pituitary gland not working properly. I know what it feels like going through endless hospital stays. My daughter almost died because of a acute hemolytic reaction to an antibiotic she had many times before. She had to have an ileostomy because of it and had this thankfully only for 3 months before it was reversed. She has more scars than any kid should have! In fact we have been to the ER so much that when OHSU Doernbecher Children's Hospital opened their new ER just for kids...we were there and they filmed us! Here is a website I put together of her... http://www.angelfire.com/ut2/superdolphin/abouttn.html
I know I don't know everything you are going through with your little boy, but I hope we can be great friends and I would like to lend a ear and a shoulder to cry on...even though I might be far away.

What a fun, exciting, and even a little bit sad time. I will NEVER forget Taylor loosing her first tooth. I miss that baby teeth smile she had sometimes.
Can I say I LOVE the seashell header... and it's so you! :-)
You think she looks funny (in a cute way) with the holes... I think D looks funnier with the big teeth growing in amongst the baby teeth. LOL. Not that I say anything to him about it either ;-)
I hope the weather has been treating you guys well. It got H.O.T. up here yesterday and is on it's way again. I hope you are getting a cool breeze. (And to think only a big hill separates our neighborhoods that the weather can be so different!)
I'm a 35 year old Christ following, family adoring, coffee drinking, picture taking, scrapbooking, blog-designing, homeschooling mom, and I'm living a new-kind-of-normal-life due to a chronic disease, called Mastocytosis. While I usually deal with illness and pain, I choose to enjoy the life I've been given with a grace-filled perspective, because I know full well that despite my daily hardships, I am tremendously blessed! I appreciate your prayers as I strive to honor and praise my Savior in all that I do, and am honored to have you join me on this incredible journey.
My Hubby
My husband is a humble Christ following man who never complains and doesn't give up on those he loves. He is a devoted husband and father, with a quick and witty sense of humor and amazing carpentry skills. He can always make us laugh, even when we're angry with him and seeks to find humor in everything. I am so blessed to call him mine!
Our Sweet Girl
Chels-Chels is our sensitive, imaginative, and creative social butterfly. She loves to write stories, scrapbook, paint, read, and play with her American Girl dolls. She has mastocytosis on her skin and suspected mast cell lesions on her bones. She also has a history of severe GERD with reactive airway disease, and she has had two nissen fundoplications. She rarely has masto reactions, and when she does they are generally mild. She is currently managed with multiple medications and overall is doing really well--we are so grateful!
Our Little Man
Gavin is our witty, sensitive, outgoing, cuddly, and smiley 4 year old boy with a penchant for Star Wars, Legos, animals, and video games. My curious boy asks a million questions at once everyday, and he hates to be alone. He has two rare and life threatening diseases called Mastocytosis and Antral G-Cell Hyperplasia, which is known as a "pseudo Zollinger Ellison Syndrome". He is the only one in the world that is documented to have both diseases, and is a persistent medical mystery. We pray for healing for our sweet boy, but ultimately pray for God's will in his life. We are excited to watch the Lord's plans for his life unfold before our eyes and hope that He will allow him to live a long life here with us. We appreciate your prayers and love as we walk down this difficult road!
Our Big Teddy Bear
Yogi is our playful, loving, outgoing, obedient, and protective yellow lab. He brings much joy to our life and without him, our family wouldn't quite be complete!
